The Solari, a species of stellar exo-botanists and masters of biological hybridization developed horticultural technology that literally grew its way into existence. Now, the Solari are long extinct but their descendant species still use their plants, space-faring creatures, and ancient knowledge of the skies to travel, compete, and thrive in our sector of the galaxy.
